On August 9, a Chinese man named Harry Chun Tak Yeh was found dead outside the Jade Park high-rise apartment building in the Trinidad district of Asunción, Paraguay. Preliminary investigations suggest he may have fallen from the 30th floor of the building.
His body was discovered naked and covered with a black plastic bag. The police reported that the door to the 30th-floor apartment, where he is believed to have been staying, was found wide open and the interior was severely ransacked.
In addition to the apartment on the 30th floor, it was confirmed that he also owned another apartment on the 27th floor of the same building. Criminal technicians have collected evidence from both apartments and the area outside the building.
