A police report released Tuesday says Hayden Panettiere’s on-and-off boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, and his brother Zach Hickerson were at the South Carolina apartment where the actor died over the weekend. A Greenville police officer who responded to the scene on Sunday afternoon said the brothers were present when paramedics were performing CPR on an unresponsive woman.
Emergency workers pronounced Panettiere dead at 2:31 p.m. The report says the patient did not appear to have any obvious physical reason for being unresponsive. Authorities have not determined a cause of death.
