The cryptocurrency trading services are provided by Bitstamp UK Ltd, which is registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority as a crypto asset service provider. It is important to note that crypto held through Bitstamp UK is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
