However, UK customers will incur a 0.1% forex conversion fee, which could increase to 0.3% during certain weekends. The crypto trading services are provided by Bitstamp UK Ltd, which is registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority as a crypto asset service provider. It is important to note that crypto held through Bitstamp UK is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
