The 2,318 listed companies achieved combined operating revenue of 26.22 trillion yuan, representing a 6.3% year-on-year increase, while net profit reached 2.82 trillion yuan, marking a 17.6% increase—the highest growth rate since 2022.
The STAR Market segment showed particularly robust performance, with companies generating 1.01 trillion yuan in operating revenue, up 38.6% year-on-year. Net profit reached 144.887 billion yuan, surging 437.6% compared to the same period last year and exceeding the full-year profit level of the previous year. Among 36 growth-tier companies on the STAR Market, revenue increased 29.1% year-on-year while net losses narrowed significantly by 62.3%.
In terms of shareholder returns, 427 Shanghai-listed companies announced interim dividends with total cash distributions reaching 633 billion yuan. The six major banks collectively distributed 220.9 billion yuan in dividends, while 16 companies individually paid dividends exceeding 10 billion yuan each.

在股东回报方面，427家沪市上市公司宣布中期分红，现金分红总额达633亿元。六大银行合计分红220.9亿元，16家公司单家分红均超过10亿元。
