According to CoinGlass data, cryptocurrency futures markets experienced $188 million in total liquidations over the past 24 hours. Long position liquidations dominated the market activity, accounting for $157 million of the total, while short position liquidations represented $31.75 million.
Ethereum was the most liquidated asset with $69.99 million in total liquidations, followed by Bitcoin at $42.19 million. The largest individual liquidation event occurred on Binance's ETHUSDT trading pair, with a single position worth $10.21 million being liquidated.
