He said these figures show that customers are actually using USD1, pushing back against concerns that companies or countries could use USD1 to funnel money to Trump and his family.
Witkoff also said he has never discussed business with Trump and will not do so in the future, and said the company is independent of political influence.
World Liberty Financial recently received conditional approval for a U.S. national trust bank charter, allowing it to bring the issuance and custody of USD1 in-house.
