Marvel Studios used Disney’s D23 convention in Anaheim to reveal new casting for its planned X-Men reboot. The studio said Adam Driver will play Mister Sinister, while Inde Navarrette will take on the role of Rogue.
Kevin Feige announced the additions on stage, along with Christopher Abbott as Professor Charles Xavier and Maya Boyd as Storm. Other previously announced cast members include Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Kit Connor as Scott “Cyclops” Summers, and Sadie Sink as Jean Grey.
Driver appeared by video and joked about joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, while the rest of the cast appeared on stage at Honda Center. The film is slated for release in May 2028 and is being directed by Jake Schreier.
