Jupiter Mobile notified Jupiter Card users on August 29 regarding a security incident that occurred earlier that day involving the Avici project on the Solana blockchain. In response to the incident, Rain, the card-issuing partner for Jupiter Mobile, temporarily suspended card balance withdrawals as a precautionary measure.
Following a security review, the company has now concluded its assessment and restored normal operations. Jupiter Mobile confirmed that no Jupiter accounts were compromised by the incident, and card payment functionality remained operational throughout the suspension period.
With services fully restored, users can now resume withdrawing card balances as usual. On-chain wallets associated with Jupiter were also unaffected by the security incident.
